The Eastern North Carolina chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will partner with Durham County Library to offer a series of free educational programs for caregivers of people living with dementia.
The programs will take place throughout the year at the Main Library, 300 N. Roxboro St.
The first session, “Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body,” will be held Friday, Jan. 24, at noon and focus on promoting healthy habits for both caregivers and those living with dementia.
Each session will run for about an hour and will be held in Room 3214 on the third floor of the library.
Attendees are welcome to bring a lunch and covered beverage. Seating is limited, and registration is required for each session.
