Parks and Rec rings in Lunar New Year with exercise class

Durham Parks and Recreation will celebrate the Lunar New Year with a focus on wellness and balance through a class focussed on Chinese exercises.

The class is designed to improve well-being through gentle movements, mindfulness and harmony. 

The session will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 28, from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m. at the W.D. Hill Recreation Center, 1308 Fayetteville St. Durham residents can attend for $4, while the non-resident cost is $8. There is no pre-registration.
