Durham Parks & Recreation will host a July Fourth celebration with the Durham Bulls at their stadium. Gates will open for general admission at the end of the seventh inning for those that want to watch the fireworks show from inside the ballpark.
Fireworks are scheduled to start at approximately 9:15 p.m.
Purchasing tickets to the game is encouraged and ensures a spot inside the park. Viewing areas outside of the park include the grassy area behind Diamond View 3, Burt’s Bees outside of the North Deck, the Tobacco Road Sports Café and Ponysaurus Brewing.
In the event of severe weather, the fireworks may be rescheduled.
