The Vegan Chef Challenge is coming to Durham, offering a month of new vegan menu options from seven participating restaurants.
From Jan. 1 through Jan. 31, diners can enjoy these new dishes and vote for their favorites.
The challenge, hosted by Vegan Outreach, The Bull City Mayor’s Challenge, Plant Based Treaty and Veganspired, aims to promote vegan cuisine and encourage restaurants to incorporate more plant-based options into their menus.
Participants will have the opportunity to share their feedback through reviews, comments and photos.
