- Curbside collections for garbage, recycling, and yard waste will be delayed by one business day. Friday yard waste customers will receive collections on Nov. 18

Durham County will host its 13th annual Veterans Day Recognition and Celebration at 11 a.m. inside Conference Rooms B and C on the second floor of the county’s Human Services Building, 414 E. Main St.
