City-County Planning Commission to consider zoning changes

The Durham City-County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on proposed zoning map changes on Aug. 13 at 5:30 p.m.

The hearing will be held in person at the City Council Chambers on the first floor, 101 City Hall Plaza and online via Zoom.

The commission will consider proposed zoning changes for Lynley Townhouses, Sherron Grove, Oxford Ridge, 302 Morreene Rd., Mineral Springs Townhouses and Winsford at the Park.

Those wishing to speak should register in advance. The hearing will also be broadcast on the city’s website, YouTube channel and Durham Television Network.
