Durham Bulls announce 2025 coaching staff

The Durham Bulls have announced their field staff for the 2025 season, with Morgan Ensberg set to return for his second season as manager. 

The Bulls, celebrating their 30th year at Durham Bulls Athletic Park, will also welcome back pitching coach Brian Reith and hitting coach Kenny Hook, among others.

Ensberg, who compiled a 300-224 record in four seasons with the Double-A Montgomery Biscuits, is set to return for his second season as Bulls manager. The 49-year-old, a former National League All-Star, spent parts of eight seasons in the Major Leagues, primarily with the Houston Astros.

Reith returns for his fourth season as  pitching coach, while Hook returns for his third year as hitting coach.

Tickets for the 2025 season, which begins on Friday, March 28 in Norfolk, Virginia, will be available beginning on Thursday, Jan. 30. The Bulls’ home opener at Durham Bulls Athletic Park is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1, against the Sugar Land Space Cowboys.
