Applications are now open for a grant program of Durham Arts Council that will utilize $1 million in funds from the American Rescue Plan Act to support Durham’s arts and cultural community.
The program, called Culture and Arts: Invest to RestART, provides financial support to nonprofit organizations and small businesses.
Organizations must be based within the city of Durham to be eligible. They must also provide documentation of financial losses due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
