Durham is seeking artists for a mural at Morgan Rigsbee Garage, 105 W. Morgan St.
The city’s Design & Construction Management team is currently renovating the garage, improving tenant suites with drywall, painting, lighting and restrooms.
Up to 1 percent of the overall project budget will fund an art installation that will be accessible to pedestrians and parking garage patrons.
