The Durham County Board of Elections will move to a new office this fall.
The board will partially open the new facility at the Shoppes of Hope Valley, located at 3825 S. Roxboro St., on Sept. 3, according to a media release from the county. The second phase of move into the new office is expected to begin in October.
Operations at the current downtown office, 201 N. Roxboro St., will end on Aug. 30. Residents in need of Board of Elections services will be directed to the new building.
