During this phase of the project, which is expected to be completed in September, contractors will conduct blasting once per day during normal business hours, Monday through Saturday. Residents and visitors can expect to hear a warning siren three times before each blast.
The airport says that permits have been obtained and safety precautions will be followed to prevent injuries or damage. Park Economy 3 will remain open for guests as normal during this time.
