Uber and Lyft have devastated the taxi business across the nation. But cab drivers like Durham’s Ashraf Yousif have found a niche. By serving everyone from teen-agers late for high school to senior citizens who are wary about the rideshare apps, Yousif and others at Durham’s Best Cab. Co. are filling a need for personal service that the app-based companies cannot.
