Durham car parade celebrates Juneteenth, urges people to fill out census

On the morning of Saturday, June 20, dozens of Durham residents joined in a car parade to celebrate Juneteenth — a historic holiday commemorating the end of slavery in the U.S. — and distribute information about the 2020 census.
