Warren Branch Library will reopen to the public on Dec. 12.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The library, at 1201 Fayetteville St., has been closed for over three years undergoing structural repairs and interior upgrades. It will also open with new furniture, shelving and amenities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The branch was founded in 1916 as the Durham Colored Library, the second Black library in North Carolina.
