He is being held at the Durham County Detention Facility without bond.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">According to a news release, the sheriff\u2019s office responded to a call on July 30 from a storage facility on the 3800 block of Angier Avenue, where the property manager indicated several units had been broken into. An investigation led to the identification of Erber as a possible suspect and the location of some of the stolen items.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On Thursday, a search warrant was executed at a residence on Weldon Terrace in Durham.
