The first events will begin at 9 a.m. each day, with gates opening at 8 a.m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The invitational, open to young athletes up to 18 years old, began in 2000, when the Russell E. Blunt Invitational merged with the East Coast Invitational.
