Raleigh-Durham International Airport keeps breaking traffic records.<\/span><\/p>\n Memorial Day, Mother\u2019s Day and college graduations contributed to a steady increase in passenger traffic in May, which set a new record for monthly traffic.<\/span><\/p>\n More than 1.4 million people flew through the airport in May, a 10.5% increase from April.<\/span><\/p>\n The surge in traffic was higher than expected, with a 9.7% increase over Memorial Day weekend compared with the same weekend last year.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
