People suffering from one or more chronic health conditions will have access to a new workshop series from Durham County Public Health to help them manage their condition.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Chronic Disease Self-Management Workshop Program (CDSMP) is a 6-week group workshop series that will teach participants how to live with their chronic condition, including falls prevention, healthy eating, and working better with their healthcare providers.<\/span><\/p>\n

An informational session will be held June 3 at 1 p.m. at the Forest Hills Heights Community Center. Classes will begin the following week. Interested residents can <\/span>register online.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n
